As part of our European support infrastructure, we operate 24x7x365 Technical Assistance, Integration and Network Operations Centres. As well as a national engineering force, we also have multiple logistics centres across the UK for rapid repair and maintenance requirements.

Our standard range of support plans are listed below.

SupportASSURE This service plan offers technical support and warranty returns for customers where technical incidents may only have a minor impact on their business.
SupportHARDWARE This service plan offers a valuable technical support and hardware replacement service for customers with in-house engineering skills.
SupportPLUS This is a high quality service for customers with mission critical systems that require same day fixes for faults.
SupportPREMIER This is a high quality service for customers with mission critical systems that require rapid fixes for faults.
SupportTOTAL This is our highest quality service plan, designed for customers that require urgent fixes for any faults.
Dual Support This is for customers who want to save money by having both their voice and data networks supported by NextiraOne.
EngineeringASSIST This is for customers who require remote or on-site engineering support for their voice or data systems outside of the terms of their existing support plan.
